Name Number Auto Generation

Many agencies need to auto-generate a name number based on specific criteria. JustWare provides that ability with the Name Number Auto Generation snap-in. In this snap-in you can define how a number is generated. For example, if you want a number generated that includes the date (mmddyy), a district number (12), and a sequential number that changes for each number generated (00X), JustWare can be configured to provide this automatically. Parts of the number can be set as fixed (i.e., a district number) while others can follow defined rules to change for each number (i.e., a new number for each date).

Name Number Auto Generation provides JustWare users the ability to adapt any numbering scheme into JustWare, and have JustWare generate these agency-defined numbers automatically. These numbers can be assigned to auto-generate for certain agencies or for all agencies.
