Select the agency from the list. Tip: If the agency type has already been selected, only
agencies matching the Agency Type will be
included in this list. Note: Your JustWare Administrator can
configure JustWare to automatically include default agencies in this
snap-in. |
Number |
Type the agency number in this field, if
applicable. Tip: A numeric field might have a mask, which
will require a certain format or certain characters for a specific
number type, as defined by your JustWare Administrator. In this
scenario, the numeric field, once selected, is underlined for the number
of required characters. An example of a mask is when you complete a
phone number field. In this example, you may type three digits between
the parentheses for the area code, three digits before the hyphen, and
four digits after the hyphen. Note: Your JustWare Administrator can configure JustWare to
automatically generate a number for certain agencies. |
Lead |
By default, when adding
a new agency, this check box will be selected, marking the new
record as the lead. Clear this check box to prevent this record
being marked as lead. Note: Changes made to records in the
Agency Type field do not change the
selection of the Lead check box. For example,
if the first record is marked as the lead and a second record is
changed to the same Agency Type as the first record, the first
record will remain as the lead. |
Active |
By default, when adding a new
agency, this check box will be selected, marking the new record as
active. Clear this check box to prevent this
record being marked as active.
Caution: If a record is no longer active and is
deleted all session history information related to that record will also
be deleted. If you want to keep this session history information mark
the record as inactive by clearing the Active check box.
