                - Ask your JustWare Administrator to repopulate your summary using the Maintenance Console.

            Advanced Case or Name Search Icon Is Missing
            
                Problem
                I want to run an Advanced Case or Name Search, but the icon and name for it are
                missing from the Search group of the Explorer Toolbar.
             
            
                Possible Causes
                
                    - You may not have permission to generate reports.
- The report may have been moved or deleted.
- The report server may not be up and running.
 
            
                Solution
                
                    - Try to generate a different report.
- Ask other users in your organization if they are having the same problem.
- Notify your JustWare Administrator of your results.
- If your JustWare Administrator is not available, contact New Dawn Support.
 
                Case Quick Search without Results
                
                    Problem
                    I ran a Case Quick Search and should have gotten results, but nothing came up.
                 
                
                    Possible Cause
                    The case summary may need to be repopulated.
                 
                
                    Solution
                    
                        - Ask your JustWare Administrator to repopulate your summary using the Maintenance Console.
