Advanced Case Search without Results

Problem

I ran an Advanced Case Search and should have gotten results, but nothing came up.

Possible Cause

The criteria used for the parameters may have been too narrow, and no matching results were found.

Solution

Change the parameters, and run the search again.

Alternative Solution

If your search still does not return any results, the case summary may need to be repopulated.

  1. Ask your JustWare Administrator to repopulate your summary using the Maintenance Console.
  2. If your JustWare Administrator is not available, contact New Dawn Support.

 

Advanced Case or Name Search Icon Is Missing

Problem

I want to run an Advanced Case or Name Search, but the icon and name for it are missing from the Search group of the Explorer Toolbar.

Possible Causes

Solution

  1. Try to generate a different report.
  2. Ask other users in your organization if they are having the same problem.
  3. Notify your JustWare Administrator of your results.
  4. If your JustWare Administrator is not available, contact New Dawn Support.

 

Case Quick Search without Results

Problem

I ran a Case Quick Search and should have gotten results, but nothing came up.

Possible Cause

The case summary may need to be repopulated.

Solution

  1. Ask your JustWare Administrator to repopulate your summary using the Maintenance Console.
  2. If your JustWare Administrator is not available, contact New Dawn Support.

 

Name Quick Search without Results

Problem

I ran a Name Quick Search and should have gotten results, but nothing came up.

Possible Cause

The name summary may need to be repopulated.

Solution

  1. Ask your JustWare Administrator to repopulate your name summary using the Maintenance Console.
  2. If your JustWare Administrator is not available, contact New Dawn Support.

 

Quick Search without Results
