Document Type Table

This table specifies the document template types. It can be used to upload both standard and automated documents. To learn about automating documents in this code table, refer to the JDA 2.0 Editor User Manual. This code table populates drop-down lists that can be found in the designated snap-ins of the following session types:

Session Snap-In List
Name Filing Cabinet Document Type
Case Filing Cabinet Document Type
Case Discovery Packets Document Type

Caution: The "und" Code is used for unknown documents and is necessary for various processes in JustWare. This code should never be deleted or merged with another code.

Finding the Document Type Table

  1. In the Administrative Tools group of the Explorer toolbar, click System Administration.
  2. Select Code Tables | JDA Applications and Documents | Documents.
The Document Type code table will be displayed in the Document Type snap-in.

Note: To access this code table through the Code Tables link in the Administrative Tools group rather than the System Administration link in the same group, click ctblEventSuperType.

    • Print Generated Document: Select this check box to automatically send a generated document to the default Windows printer.
Note: Do not select this box if changes need to be made to the document after it is generated, as it will automatically print without allowing you to review it beforehand.
