JustWare allows you to compile multiple files into a single discovery packet which can then be distributed manually (for example, CD or DVD) or electronically using JusticeWeb. Once created, the packets will be locked and cannot be changed. Each packet has the ability to attach Document Involved Names, allowing you to easily see who has received which packet.
